History
Our story is just beginning...
Nigerian Community in Edinburgh (NCE) is a registered charity located in Edinburgh, Scotland.
Our mission at NCE is to provide essential support to individuals of Nigerian heritage, whether by birth, ancestry, marriage, naturalization, or adoption, within the vibrant community of Edinburgh and its surroundings. We extend our services to people of all ages, empowering them to thrive as individuals and make meaningful contributions to the overall health and socio-economic prosperity of our city. Our programs include digital literacy, ethnic minority empowerment, diversity projects and youth initiatives.
Join us as we work together to build a stronger, more inclusive community where every member has the opportunity to flourish.
Achievements
- Hosted the largest get together party for Nigerians in Edinburgh
- Organized the candle night march for popular Nigerian music Icon, Mohbad in Edinburgh
- Assisted more than 40 immigrant students in getting affordable apartments in Edinburgh
- Assisted more than 100 immigrant students in getting employment in Edinburgh
